Today we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our building products portfolio, from concept through to commercialization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the building products industry.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of product strategies in line with company goals and market demands.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Close collaboration with R&D, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and successful commercialization.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitoring product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation and presenting product reports and roadmaps to senior management.

Your Profile:

  • Preferably you hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is also is a possibility.
  • You have relevant experience in the building products or related industry.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Besides your knowledge, you have an analytical and problem-solving mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You get energy from working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and product management tools are must haves.
