What do we have in store for you?

•  As an HR Business Partner, you actively contribute to the HR policy. Thanks to your presence on the shop floor, you serve as a trusted sparring partner for managers while acting as the primary HR point of contact for all warehouse and production employees.
•  You support managers in handling cases related to absenteeism, conflict management, performance issues, and terminations.
• You translate HR policy into concrete actions and solutions within your business units (warehousing and production) and provide effective answers to a wide range of HR challenges.
• You are a "down-to-earth" advisor who doesn't just create plans but also actively implements them on the work floor.
• You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding. Regarding recruitment, you monitor and build a strong partnership with our staffing agencies.
• Together with the HR team, you take the initiative to guide the organization, teams, and employees through future challenges. In consultation with management, you launch tailored projects regarding performance, training and career development, absenteeism policy, etc., specifically suited to our business.

We are curious about WHO you are!

• Experience: You have a Master’s level of thinking and working and have built a solid "backpack" of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a broad HR role.

• Mindset: You have a practical, "down-to-earth" attitude.

• Expertise: You keep your HR knowledge up-to-date and follow the latest trends and developments. You can think along with the business at both a conceptual and strategic level.

• Communication: You connect easily with others and can seamlessly adapt your communication style to various stakeholders.

• Analytical & Assertive: You are analytically strong and capable of taking clear positions. Finding the balance between customer-oriented thinking and constructive challenging is second nature to you.

• Languages: In our international context, you communicate fluently in different languages (primarily Dutch and English).
