Customer Service Agent

Your responsibilities:

• You are the point of contact in Belgium for the customers in your portfolio. As SPOC, you help them with commercial and operational questions. You think proactively and commercially with the customer and actively seek solutions to any challenges that arise.
• You ensure that orders are processed correctly and that they are followed up properly.
• You keep the customer informed of delivery times.
• In order to play your role as the customer's internal partner correctly, you maintain contact with the various internal departments. You keep yourself actively informed and make sure you know who to contact.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree and can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position. School leavers with energy and drive are also welcome!
• You enjoy working with technical products and you like an international, multicultural environment.
• You are very customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible.
• You are positive, assertive, and proactive, and you think in terms of solutions, not limitations.
• You are not afraid of a busy environment; you can set priorities and switch quickly between different tasks.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English or another European language is a plus.
