Customer Project Coordinator – Custom Construction Projects

Are you someone who enjoys taking charge and gets energized by coordinating projects? Then this position is for you. As a Customer Project Coordinator, you'll work on innovative window, door, and facade systems that our clients use to create unique buildings. Many of our clients order from our standard product range, but for large and complex construction projects, we also develop customized solutions. That's where you come in: you'll oversee the entire process – from the client's initial inquiry to development, ordering, and delivery. Good collaboration between various parties, both external (suppliers) and internal (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.), is crucial. You'll be the link and ensure optimal collaboration.

What will you be doing?

• Project monitoring from A to Z: You will supervise the introduction of new project developments and ensure smooth ordering and
  on-time delivery.
• Proactive communication: You will anticipate potential problems and regularly coordinate with suppliers, so that internal stakeholders are informed promptly of any deviations.
• Delivery performance: You will monitor the performance of
  suppliers for prototypes and initial deliveries and make adjustments where necessary.
• Project colors: You will also manage
  specific project colors in the ERP system in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
• Key figure within Supply Chain: You will be the point of contact for R&D, the project cell, and Customer Service for all logistical aspects of new
  developments.
• Data management in ERP: You will ensure that all supply chain-related data is correct and complete. for new articles.
• Workflow optimization: You critically examine existing processes and help make them more efficient.

What do you bring to the table?

• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in project management, supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Affinity with construction projects and customized solutions.
• Sense of initiative and a keen eye for detail.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent based on work experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment, so you know the ropes.
• You know your way around ERP systems. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
