Brand & Content Marketeer

                                                                  BRAND & CONTENT MARKETEER 

 Are you a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, content and commercial growth — and ready to take real ownership of meaningful work? As our Brand & Content Marketeer, you work in close collaboration with the Brand, Content & Trade Marketing Manager and play an active role in how Reynaers Aluminium shows up in the market. You contribute to the brand and content strategy, help translate it into actionable communication plans, and act as an important link between Product Management and the marketing team — ensuring product launches and go-to-market initiatives are sharp, consistent and commercially relevant. 

 TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Brand strategy & co-management 

  • Actively contribute to Reynaers Aluminium's global brand strategy alongside the Manager; help ensure brand vision, positioning and identity are consistently applied across markets and touchpoints.
  • Support the operationalisation of brand guidelines across the team and with external partners; act as a guardian of verbal and visual brand identity in day-to-day work.
  • Contribute to brand campaigns and always-on brand storytelling initiatives that reinforce Reynaers Aluminium's positioning.. 

Trade marketing management 

  • Own and maintain the gadgets and point-of-sale (POS) assortment for Reynaers Aluminium; ensure the full range is continuously aligned with brand guidelines and reflects current positioning across all markets. This is a head office responsibility, managed centrally from the Reynaers Aluminium marketing team.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the trade marketing assortment: from product briefing and periodic review to selection and approval; coordinate supplier tendering processes in close collaboration with the dedicated marketing buyer within procurement.
  • Act as the primary internal contact for trade marketing materials across customer service, supply chain and warehouse teams; coordinate closely to ensure smooth ordering, stock management and delivery processes.
  • Proactively flag assortment gaps, quality issues or brand inconsistencies and propose solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. 

Content marketing strategy 

  • Help define the key messaging architecture per (digital) product category, product line and target audience, ensuring alignment across marketing assets (landing pages, blog, email, social, etc.).
  • Support the translation of value propositions into content in close collaboration with Product Management and the content creation team; contribute to quality-control of final outputs.
  • Participate in and help coordinate internal messaging validation processes with relevant stakeholders. 

Go-to-Market & product marketing interface 

  • Serve as an important marketing contact for Product Management: help translate product roadmaps and innovations into compelling commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of product launch communication strategies and contribute to coordination between product, sales and marketing teams.
  • Help ensure product messaging and positioning is commercially relevant, audience-appropriate and consistently applied across channels and assigned regions. 

Performance, insights & stakeholder management 

  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs for brand and content performance; support the monitoring of results, campaign evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build knowledge of market trends, industry best practices and competitor communication strategies to inform your work and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Collaborate with international marketing teams to support strategy localisation and contribute to global-local alignment.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional forums when needed. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent by experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in brand and/or content marketing, ideally in a B2B2C or multi-audience environment.
  • Some experience in or strong affinity with product marketing or go-to-market work; you are comfortable working with product managers and translating technical information into clear market-facing stories.
  • A creative and structured thinker: you understand the bigger picture and are ready to take ownership of your own workstreams.
  • Strong ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear and persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
  • Data-curious: you have a basic understanding of content performance metrics and are eager to develop further.
  • A good communicator and natural relationship-builder; you are comfortable working with stakeholders across departments and levels.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
