Cleland House
Cleland House is a brand new quality residential development in Westminster, London and is one half of Berkley Homes’ dual venture Abell and Cleland.
The luxury homes are set across two beautifully-designed buildings in John Islip Street in the heart of the capital city, close to the banks of the River Thames and within easy reach of the Houses of Parliament and the Tate Gallery.
The development is located next door to the international headquarters of Burberry and the Double Tree hotel by Hilton, which offers in-house dining services to Cleland House residents. The transport links of St James's Park, Westminster and Victoria are within easy walking distance.
The apartment complex, sympathetically designed by the Stirling Prize nominated DSDHA Architects, features our CS 77-Hi windows and CW 50 curtain wall aluminium systems in a beautiful bronzed powder coated finish. The prestigious building combines uncompromising levels of specification from fabricator M Price, with quality materials and complex structural engineering.
An intricate curve to Cleland is supported on cantilevered crosswalls between the second and fourth floors so that columns don’t impact the views through a double height lobby, leading through to the courtyard. Expansive glazing brings natural daylight into the stylish entrance.
