Teamleader Warehouse - Export

Your challenge?

As Team Leader of the Export department, you report to the Department Manager. You will lead a team of around 20 employees, supported by temporary workers.

• You are responsible for managing and steering a team working in alternating early and late shifts.
• You will prepare the daily work schedules for your team.
• You will contribute to optimizing our logistics flows and provide back-up support to fellow Team Leaders across other departments.
• You will assist with change and improvement projects.
• You ensure that you and your team comply with procedures regarding safety, quality, environment, order and cleanliness (5S).
• Through your leadership style, you motivate your employees to achieve better performance. By being present on the work floor, you closely monitor operations and stay aware of what is happening within your team.

• You are able to lead and motivate a team.
• You have a good sense of spatial awareness.
• You work independently and take initiative to improve operations.
• You are willing to work in a fixed two-shift system (early/late) and are flexible when required.
• You have good communication skills in Dutch.
