 # Modularity & Ease of Disassembly 

The most sustainable building is the one that is not demolished. To extend the lifetime of a building, we should pay attention to the circular character of its components.  ##  ElementFaçade 7 

Unitised façade system that builds the future

Modular façade systems such as ElementFaçade 7 allow for easy prefabrication of building elements at the workshop. Moreover, units can be swiftly installed from inside the building and are easily removed, replaced or disassembled. As a result, on-site construction time and production waste is limited, and carbon emissions linked to transportation and site activities can be drastically reduced.

Doktoren

From the minds of Binst Architects, the Doktoren residential tower in Antwerp, Belgium is a beacon of futureproof modular design. The prefabricated timber frame façade contains MasterLine 8 windows and was constructed one floor at a time, as a life-size puzzle at great heights. Bespoke ConceptPatio 155 sliding doors increase the living comfort even more.
