**SUSTAINABILITY SUPPORT OFFICER**

Are you a driven sustainability professional who enjoys making a real difference through data and hands-on projects? Join our Research & Innovation team as **Sustainability Support Officer.**
Together with our Sustainability Expert, you will contribute to the sustainability performance of our products — from Cradle to Cradle certification and carbon footprint calculations to improvement initiatives focused on environmental impact and our EPD Tool.

**Your challenges**
*Data collection, follow-up and structuring*

- Collect and follow up on the required data for sustainability projects.
- Ensure data is submitted on time, accurately and completely.
- Propose improvements or automation opportunities for the data collection process.

*Supporting the EPD Tool (Environmental Product Declaration Tool)*

- Act as the first point of contact for market-related questions about our recently launched EPD Tool.
- Identify recurring questions and bottlenecks as input for future improvements.
- Follow up on tool enhancements and test new functionalities.

*Sustainability projects*

- Contribute to the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certification process by collecting data for recertification or certification at a higher level.
- Support upcoming environmental declarations in the context of CE marking.
- Handle market enquiries related to sustainability.
- Assist with calculating scenarios to assess the environmental impact of our products.

**Growth opportunities**
During your onboarding period, you will initially focus on supporting our recently launched EPD calculation tool. This will allow you to gradually build your knowledge of the sustainability performance of our products.
Over time, you will independently support our customers with their sustainability-related projects and questions. You will also help further develop and expand the tool year after year.

**This is you**

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science or a related field.
- You are a recent graduate or have initial experience in a supporting sustainability role.
- You have an eye for process optimisation and automation, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
- You have a hands-on attitude, strong drive and the motivation to learn and grow.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.

**What we offer**

- A state-of-the-art, international working environment within a company that is a global leader in its field, where innovation and sustainability drive us forward.
- A competitive salary and a broad range of extra-legal benefits.
- Flexible working hours and the possibility to work in a hybrid way.
- A mobility plan that helps you commute to work easily, healthily and sustainably.
- Daily culinary treats in our company restaurant.
- Regular sports and team activities, which you can join on a voluntary basis.
- Opportunities to further develop yourself within an international group.
