Our employees benefit from personal support & coaching. We organize several internal training programs to enhance job-specific skills and provide thorough training to new employees. To promote inclusion, we set up intensive language programs for our foreign colleagues. Every 2 years, we distribute an ‘Employee Satisfaction Survey’ to measure the engagement of our people and to find out how we can create the ideal workplace.
