The company conducts a personnel policy that promotes equal opportunities and diversity and aims to value the talent of the men and women it employs impartially. Skill development is implemented through a permanent training programme for both executives and workers. Since 2003 the Reynaers Institute has been presenting the "Reynaers Institute Award" to an architecture student’s graduation project. In Belgium a competition is organised in cooperation with the AIAB, the Association of Institutions for Architectural Education in Belgium.
