The most popular project that is done in Bahrain during the last month of 2007 with modern technology and new interactive system is Ruf Car assembly complex. The location of the project is in the heart of Bahrain international Circuit (BIIC). This complex is mainly used as an automotive show room and manufacturing location for Porsches car. The height of the building is building is about 15 meters. The building was designed by a Germany architect Tilke Gmbh . The main contractor is Al-Moayyed Contracting. The project has three thousand and six hundred square meter of total surface area. For this project the team of Reynaers Belgium did the stability, cost estimation calculation as well as the technical support for designing new custom transoms and millions with the assistance of Reynaers Middle East for deduction and continues following up. This project is done by Reynaers authorized fabricator and base partner Ms/ A.Aziz Aluminum. The principle Developer of project is Ruf Bahrain W.L.L. The façade is made up of aluminum profile, extruded in Saudi Arabia in Accordance with Reynaers’ Specifications, along with glass.
DEADLINE
The most popular and new area in Bahrain is BIIC. Thus it has to be perfect, less time consumption and guaranteed according to government recommendation. At the end of 2007, the project has been finished.
MATERIALS
The system that has been used is CW50 with a custom mullions and transoms, CS59 and CS59Pa. Reynaers Belgium takes care for this project and they provide new solution to give the system more stability. The system has been sealed for airproofing, waterproofing and wind resistance.
