We strive to constantly improve each aspect of our activities, from design to delivery systems, by continuously investing in research and development. As part of the development process our products undergo numerous tests, which allows them to meet the most stringent international standards and even regularly exceed them.
Insulation and surface treatment
The insulation of aluminium profiles requires a lot of know-how and experience. In order to ensure the highest quality Reynaers created its own insulation company, ERAP.
For the surface treatment of the profiles we collaborate with carefully selected lacquer companies that strictly adhere to our standards and regulations.
Quality control
Each component of the supply chain is subjected to our very strict quality checks, which enables us to guarantee that our systems meet all technical requirements. We also issue a 10-year warranty on the aluminium, lacquer and anodisation, insulation and accessories. In addition, our ISO 9001:2000 certification guarantees that each order is processed efficiently from the time the order is placed until the after-sales service.

Customer-oriented service
The success of large-scale, complex architectural projects fully depends on the efficient collaboration between partners. Reynaers Aluminium has the know-how and means on board to meet the requirements of individual projects.
Reynaers Consult, a team of consultants, provides personalised advice to architects and specifiers. These services include technical assistance from the design stage, through the preparation of specifications to advice about proposals, stability calculations, colours and shapes.
We also recognise the importance of the fabrication and installation for the long-term perfomance of our systems. That is why we maintain daily contacts with an extensive international network of skilled fabricators and we are honour bound to advise and train installers. We offer user-friendly aluminium systems and make software packages available for calculation, design and production purposes. We also provide technical training, assistance in workplace automation and sales support.
