Reynaers Aluminium has upgraded its successful CS 38 Slim Line window and door system to meet the latest thermal insulation requirements and to increase the overall performance. The slender CS 38-SL system is the ideal window solution for new build and refurbishment projects that require elegance, strength and thermal comfort. With Uf-values down to 2.4 W/m²K, CS 38-SL is a high performance alternative to steel windows.
Preferred system for steel look renovations
Providing slim sightlines and optimal thermal insulation, CS 38-SL has already been specified by many architects for commercial or loft buildings where replacement windows have to match the original steel windows in design, operation, details and finish.
The new CS 38-SL window provides the necessary strength while preserving the elegant look of existing windows, with their narrow structural elements.
Thanks to its aesthetic trapezoidal contours and the possibility to divide the windows by slim transom mullions, CS 38-SL is able to respect the original design of historic buildings while allowing maximum levels of natural light to enter the space.
Energy efficient and ecological system
As a high performance aluminium system, CS 38-SL combines unique features that position it as a sustainable building solution: it is resistant to corrosion, requires minimal maintenance, has a very low material toxicity, is suitable for all climates, has a long life cycle and is easy to recycle.
