The introduction of multiple gasket options in Reynaers’ latest ES 45Pa door and window solutions delivers superb results all according to European quality standards. The non-insulated system proves to be very performant to address on one hand the high wind and water tightness requirements of the tropics and on the other hand it is very cost efficient due to optimised fabrication process.

This offering provides three layers of gaskets to guarantee superior quality and performance in every situation. The simple, yet effective design brings owners of buildings a highly innovative, top quality solution at a surprisingly reasonable price.

Optimized efficiency provides high performance

Through the intelligent application of multiple gasket options, various alternative performance levels can be achieved. With the standard application of the acoustical and outer gaskets, the system already offers water tightness levels of up to 600 Pa.  By applying the central gasket, the performance can be further enhanced to 900 Pa. This combination is ideally suited to address the need for very high wind and water tightness levels in subtropical regions.
The standard seal used for both acoustical and outer gasket is identical to the glazing gasket. This offers an additional efficiency advantage for the manufacturer. The central gasket, which can be applied on both inward and outward opening elements, will further increase the solution’s performance. As it is identical to the existing Reynaers’ Eco System, it further enhances the rationalization process.

The gasket solution applies to both inward and outward opening window and door, based on the same frame and double casement profile. By rationalizing the profiles, gaskets and corner cleats, logistics for fabricators has been substantially simplified. In the same time fabrication is made less time consuming and less tolerance sensitive.
All this translates into a considerable price benefit.
 

Affordable quality

With the ES 45Pa window and door system, Reynaers Aluminium simultaneously launches a new, complete range of window and door fittings. This offering suits inward and outward opening windows, going from turn, turn tilt, and tilt turn to top hung windows, and follows the same value for money philosophy.
The outward opening system accommodates friction stays very easily as they just slid into the existing vent groove, while regular hinges simply clamp into place. Users have a choice between the internal Euro groove attached gearboxes with handles or cockspur handles. It is also possible to use multiple closing mechanisms. For further cost benefits, external gear can also be considered.

The ES 45Pa has been designed to offer a small range of profiles for a wide variety of solutions; all compatible with the existing range of Reynaers’ sliding and curtain wall systems as well as with its flexible selection of accessories. ES 45Pa connects seamlessly with the popular existing CP 45Pa non-insulated sliding system. As with all Reynaers products, ES 45Pa comes with a 10-year guarantee.
